MDF POWDER PAINT COATING

Primer MDF Powder Coating Process
- Single layer application is made on raw MDF.
- It creates a minimum thickness of 70 microns and a maximum of 100 microns in the Primer Powder Coating surface application.
- It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
- After baking, it is made ready for the final coat application by sanding.
Matte (Lacquered) MDF Powder Coating
- It is applied to the product for which Primer Powder coating has been made before.
- Matte Powder Coating creates a thickness of min. 60 – max 80 microns.
- It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
- The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.
Texture (Fine Grained) MDF Powder Coating
- It is applied to the product for which Primer Powder coating has been made before.
- Matt texture lacquer creates a thickness of min. 60 – max 80 microns.
- It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
- The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.
Varnish Powder Coating
- It is designed for industrial wood veneered products.
- Single layer application is made. Varnish MDf Powder Coating creates a thickness of min. 40 – max 60 microns.
- It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
- The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.
