Primer MDF Powder Coating Process

Application

Single layer application is made on raw MDF.
It creates a minimum thickness of 70 microns and a maximum of 100 microns in the Primer Powder Coating surface application.
It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
After baking, it is made ready for the final coat application by sanding.

Matte (Lacquered) MDF Powder Coating

Application

It is applied to the product for which Primer Powder coating has been made before.
Matte Powder Coating creates a thickness of min. 60 – max 80 microns.
It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.

Texture (Fine Grained) MDF Powder Coating

Application

It is applied to the product for which Primer Powder coating has been made before.
Matt texture lacquer creates a thickness of min. 60 – max 80 microns.
It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.

Varnish Powder Coating

Application

It is designed for industrial wood veneered products.
Single layer application is made. Varnish MDf Powder Coating creates a thickness of min. 40 – max 60 microns.
It is baked at 120 degrees - 5 minutes.
The product coming out of the oven is cooled and packaged and ready for shipment.
